Lets look at this in detail...
The Neck
In this lesson, you will help your horse find relaxation in the neck. You'll gain a deeper understanding of how to use the body to influence the mind, discovering techniques that allow your horse to achieve a deep state of physical and mental relaxation.
Foreleg stretch 1
This lesson teaches you a popular stretch and for good reason, it covers pretty much half of the body in one go. It is fairly easy to do as well and horses, once they are familiar with it, love it greatly.
Foreleg stretch 2
This stretch is not as popular as the foreleg stretch 1, which is surprising given its value. I'm going to teach you how to perform it with your horse in easy steps.
Hind Leg Stretch
This module is all about learning a stretch focused on mobilising the hip extensors and the stifle flexors.
The spine
In this lesson, you’ll learn a simple exercise to gently mobilise the spine, calming the nervous system and promoting relaxation. It helps identify and improve stiffness, supporting spinal flexibility and overall comfort.
The stifle (and Hock)
In this lesson, you'll learn how to safely mobilize the challenging stifle joint. This technique will help you quickly detect stiffness and improve the joint's range of motion.
The head
In this lesson, you'll learn that issues like jaw problems, imbalanced hooves, or back and sacroiliac joint issues can cause tension in the poll, and vice versa. Releasing poll tension is highly beneficial, and I especially enjoy finishing the routine with this stretch because it’s a gentle way to conclude.
The Scapula
In this lesson, you'll learn how to mobilise the shoulder blade to support your horse's overall mobility and health. By targeting the scapula and surrounding muscles, you'll help maintain the function of the brachial plexus and alleviate tension.
Elbow
This lesson teaches you part of the routine that targets the shoulder stabilisers, abductors, adductors, protractors, retractors, flexors, and extensors. It's an excellent all-around warm-up that allows for movement in all directions.
Carpal and tendons
In this lesson, you’ll learn how mobilising the carpal joint, or knee, can improve blood flow, prevent nerve compression, and support overall mobility. It’s especially helpful for horses with foot issues like laminitis or abscesses, but beneficial for all horses as part of regular care and monitoring exercise effects.
The foot
The foot is simple to include in your hoof care routine. Mobilising it helps improve blood flow and provides relief, especially for older horses. Regular movement of the pastern bones can delay the onset of arthritis and maintain mobility.
The hip
In this lesson, you'll learn about hip mobilization, essential for maintaining hip joint health and function. It improves flexibility, strength, circulation, and movement by targeting surrounding muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Effective mobilization helps reduce stiffness, prevent injuries, and boost athletic performance by ensuring a full range of motion.
Hind hoof and tendon
In this lesson, you'll learn to mobilize the fetlock and hoof of the hind leg and assess and massage the flexor tendons. Easily incorporate these techniques into your hoof care routine for significant benefits.
Dealing with restriction
In this lesson, you'll learn the exact steps I take for a horse that is restricted. You'll likely find that the movement becomes a lot easier with this method.

Hi, I’m France…
My journey commenced two decades ago when I embarked on a Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy at the esteemed European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in Maidstone, Kent.
In 2005, I proudly graduated and embarked on my career as a fully qualified osteopath, initially focusing on human patients within various clinics.
Five years down the road, I delved into the realm of Equine Osteopathy, honing my skills under the tutelage of Chiropractor Andrew Glaister. Acquiring certification in Applied Equine Biomechanics, I amalgamated Osteopathic and Chiropractic techniques, employing mobilisation, adjustments, positional releases, and craniosacral methods, among others.
I firmly believe in the importance of a diverse toolkit, enabling me to tailor my approach to the unique needs of each horse, rather than expecting them to conform to a singular technique.
I have a diploma in Equine Psychology and at the moment, I am currently engrossed in mastering the art of Osteopathy with Janek Vluggen at the Institute of Equine Osteopathy VIEO in Germany.
Outside of work, I love holistic modalities such as essential oils, homeopathy, Herbal remedies and foraging, Bach flower remedies, crystal healing, and acupressure.
Driven by a passion for fostering understanding and connection between humans and horses.
My mission is to lead you toward a holistic perspective as an equine osteopath, nurturing harmony and reverence within your partnership with your equine companion. Together, let us honour the profound spirit and wisdom of these majestic beings.
